Check in was as smooth as butter. Location is a little less than ideal as the beach was still a 15 minute drive but it is very easy to find and very safe for foreigners. Victoria was very accommodating, got an extra hour free of charge , thanks.

Everything was as seen when we booked. The location of the villa was especially of importance because it is very close to the toll road to Ocho Rios which was the next planned stop. From the location it was a short trip into Kingston city center and to the only public beach in the Kingston area as well. Clean, comfortable villa and Victoria was a wealth of knowledge. We enjoyed and recommend this one as one of the better ones.

Very nice villa and community. The guards need to be given a chill pill. If you see my car more than once for the day, there is no need for me to wind my window down to see my face. On second thought it was only one guard who insisted on see me. Other than that the place was amazing!

Victoria's villa was everything that was described and it appeared identical to her pictures. It's in a quiet location and not in the center of the city. The local shop located at the end of the development was very convenient, well stocked and open late. The employees were friendly and welcoming.

I love it was very clean and every thing seems new. Someone left their Netflix signed in so we watched it the whole night and morning, wifi was strong. Tasha, was very cheerful and very helpful. I will make this my new spot when I visit town. Thanks Tash for bring the keys to the safe at check-out. I can imagine I am not the first guest to forget the code I selected. Beautiful Villa. Next time we will stay longer.
