Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location to the centre and airport. Breakfast wasn’t that great

Everything was excellent except the Air conditioner was not working and i went to the reception more than 2 times but unfortunately they could not fix it

A beautiful clean hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely shower. Great balcony and fabulous kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Pleasurable walk into town. Sarajevo is a lovely city with lovely people.

My stay was superb, a really nice apartment which was comfortable and really well appointed. The shower was fantastic and the cleanliness excellent. I would defiiitely book here again.

A real gem of a hotel. One bedroom apartment was spacious and furnished to a high standard. Bed comfy and the rain shower was superb. Buffet breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful. An easy 20 min stroll to the Old Town and all the shops / restaurants. Incredible value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good every day. It is worth noting it is close to the city centre but up a very steep hill which may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. I would personally stay again if I were visiting Sarajevo

My first time in sarajevo and this property provided me a great experience.

Convenient location near the modern malls and walking distance (15 mins) from old town. Best of both worlds to experience.

The stuff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. And the hotel is very nice and cozy.

Nice and very big rooms. Suspect recently built or reno. Good buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Laundry is they quickly wash, dry & fold cloths for a fee, only problem is hotel on a hill so steep walk up and steep decent down which will be an issue for some

The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk to the city centre with good dining and shopping options nearby. The reception staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

New hotel. Everything fresh and clean. A little out of town, maybe 15 minutes to old town, also up a hill! Hotel runs their own taxi if needed. Staff always did what they could to help. Asked for taxi to early morning train, person who drove us was very kind and went to the ticket office with us to help us buy the tickets and made sure we went to the right platform!

This hotel is AMAZING. I want to start by saying that I was hesitant to stay here because there was no reviews because the hotel is new. And be warned that it is not located in old town (I knew this when booking), so if you're looking for somewhere a little outside the touristy area this is perfect. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible. They waived my late check out fee and upgraded my room because of availability (I was staying on a Tuesday night). The room is spacious, modern and very clean. The bathroom was my favorite part, it was huge and relaxing with a walk in rain head shower, after two flights all I wanted was a shower and I was not disappointed. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. I got a great night of sleep. The breakfast was a good variety, hot and cold options. But the BEST part is the top floor Terrace. The view is INCREDIBLE. It was rainy when I stayed but could enjoy and sit up there with coffee and a cigarette because it was enclosed. BREATHTAKING. I HIGHLY recommend staying here.
