Location is quite good, that is quiet place where you can sleep unbothered, monkeys & other animals as bonus. The hotel is outdated with not working electrical plugs and on& off hot water. Just for 1-2 days stay is okay for money you pay for it. The staff is friendly and safe enough to leave your belongings in the rooms.
