The tranquility and welcome reception to the hotel won me over. Monica did everything possible to make our stay the best possible. The massage was epic - Gloria and Yvonne are great. I will definitely be back

This is by far one my best stays. The staff were very accommodating and attentive.

I was treated as a guest! A worthy guest! I appreciated that! They took time to make the visit all about me! About the guest. I Loved that!

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli turvallisella alueella. Huone suht tilava, ja kaikki tarpeellinen köytyi huoneesta. Aamupala todella monipuolinen. Uima-allas matala kahluuallas, ei houkutellut (ketään muutakaan vierasta) uimaan. Ovi-/porttihenkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja hymyilevää, muut hoiteli hommat ok.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location is good; it is calm and quiet except for the very loud Sunday afternoon music. Access to the Arboretum is a real treat.

This is a really lovely hotel! The staff is kind, the accommodations are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and have every modern convenience you could think of. Not one single complaint.

Great hotel and location. Speacial mention to Paul at the omelette station who was great, polite and timely at breakfast everyday. At dinner, it took quite a while to get served several times.

Absolutely one of the best hotels in Nairobi - great customer service, modern spacious rooms, access to aboretum for hikes/walks/runs, & good dining options in the hotel and outside (within the area). Well worth a stay here!
