Do not use Expedia anymore even though they took my money 😡😡

Very convenient area for linking up various parts of Nairobi, the Kitchen staff were very nice. However, i paid twice for my accomodation and had to wait 7 days for my refund. There was no daily housekeeping, no TV and no Satellite Tv service.

The hotel offers minimal service and staff are not very customer focus.

I got a wonderful treatment from the manager Mr.Njoroge and the whole staff of the hotel. From the day I check in 15th April 2018 to my check out 21st April 2018 I felt like home. The food was so delicious and the hotel is very secured. You can use public transport, Uber or tax, it's closest to the city centre, closest to the Equity Bank and it's opposite KCB bank. I would recommend it to anybody visiting Nairobi for a short or long stay. You will enjoy your stay like I did.
