The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine. Other downsides: showers flood and bathrooms were gross, the staff threw out my products in the bathroom, ac wasn’t very cold, property could have been cleaner, no elevator.

La habitación en sí no está mal pero se escucha todo, la gente pasando, el tranvía de noche. En la ducha no había gel para la ducha. Para pocos días está bien, para larga estancia no tanto.

집을 좁은 계단을 통해 가지고 올라가야해요. 객실은 깨끗한 편이고 이상한 사람이 없다면 대부분 조용합니다. 별도의 체크인데스크는 없고 전자식 도어락으로 웹을 통해서 문을 열거나 사용자에게 할당된 비밀번호로 출입이 가능한데 저는 제 번호에 오류가 있는지 방 문이 안열려서 매번 웹으로 문을 열어야 했어요. 냉장고와 전자렌지 등 간단한 주방 시설을 이용할 수 있어요. 사용은 안해봤지만 공용 식기와 작은 싱크대도 있고요. 공용공간은 좁고 아늑해요. 퇴실 후 짐을 공용 락커에 보관해야 하는데 큰 캐비넷 하나라 제가 이용하려고 했을 때는 자리가 없어요. 그럴때는 공용 공간에 그냥 둬도 된다고 했는데 CCTV가 있어서 그럴 염려는 적지만 분실/도난은 책임지지 않는다고 해요. 그리고 1층 카페에서 체크인 첫 날 웰컴드링크를 줍니다. 전체적으로 아늑하다고 할만한 장소입니다.

The staff in the cafe was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The luggage storage was very small and I wasn’t able to use it. The amenities were clean and well kept. Better curtains for the beds for more privacy would be very appreciated.
