A pleasant stay. AC and wifi works great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet before we went off exploring and kids always looked forward to it. Hotel was clean and everyone was over welcoming adding joy to our stay. I requested for a baby crib, microwave ahead of arriving and it was ready in the room waiting for me. They had high chairs in their restaurants as well. We stayed at Hayatt Addis very comfortably. Pool was great as well.

Every stay at the Hyatt Regency reminds me why it’s my top choice. The staff is always welcoming, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the overall experience feels effortlessly premium. As a frequent traveler, I truly appreciate the consistency and warmth your team delivers. Thanks for always making me feel at home.

Lovely hotel with great amenity. The breakfast was outstanding. Our room wasn’t the best - neither the fridge nor the AC worked. Also, the room layout isn’t ideal in that there’s no separate bathroom. For couples or solo that’s likely fine, but there’s no private space to dress or undress before entering the shower. Who ever you room with will see you naked!

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were professional, warm, and always available to assist with any questions or special requests. The concierge team went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best experience, offering fantastic recommendations and making all the arrangements with ease. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference in our trip. A special mention to the Regency Club staff, who provided impeccable service every day. Their friendly demeanor and personal touches made us feel right at home, and they truly went out of their way to ensure our family was comfortable and well taken care of.

Great place, wonderful view of Addis, esp from high floors, highly professional staff. Happy to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Best hotel stay I've ever had in Ethiopia. I come many times every year. I will only stay at this hotel from now onward.

Convenient for transfer to the airport but the area lacks easy access to outside restaurants etc.
