Great place! Very, very convenient in the Innere Stadt of Vienna!! Walk distance to everything!

The location is PERFECT For Vienna - dont question that. The instructions for entering the apartment were on point and easy. The apartment is not fancy but very comfortable and both during day and night was quite and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay there again as the apartment is spacious and easy to navigate and the communication from HeyMI was absolutely perfect. If you are driving there is a great parking garage less than 5 min walk from the apartment.

Loved the room and location. Very clean and a beautiful building. Check in was horrible as we didn’t receive check in details although host had proof that it was sent. We waited outside the property not knowing how to access our room. I sent a message to host and received a response nearly an hour later. With instructions check in was a breeze after that. I’ve stayed in many self check ins but this was the worst which is too bad because it’s a beautiful place in a top location.

Martin the front desk personnel gave excellent customer service. Very patient in assisting us during the check in process. The area is very central.

Great apt. Good communications - just make sure you get the code loong before you get there, especially if checking in after main office is closed or else you’ll be standing 20-30 mins in the bldg lobby wondering what to do and who to contact as we did. But the mngr did respond to the msg sent through the Expedia portal, and the rest of the communications and tips in the apt were FANTASTIC and VERY useful. Loved the stay there.
