酒店员工很热情，房间也很干净，但是通往房间的走廊里有股烟味。

员工态度很好，服务也非常好。

房间干净整洁，员工也很友善。因为我和丈夫异地恋，所以每次想见他的时候我都会住在这里，这已经是我第五次入住这家酒店了。下次想见他，我还会选择这家酒店。这里的食物也很棒，烤鱼是棉兰的特色，就在酒店附近，走走就能找到。

这家酒店的员工非常友善，因为我丈夫在柔佛州新山工作，所以这家酒店成了我和丈夫异地恋后最喜欢的约会地点。所有员工都很友好，尤其是女员工，感觉就像闺蜜一样。酒店提供各种饮品和熨烫服务，服务周到。酒店仅提供自助入住和退房服务，如果您有任何疑问，工作人员都会提供帮助。到目前为止，我对这家酒店一直都很满意，它位于海港中心，去哪儿都很方便，非常棒🫰🏻。下次我还会选择这家酒店，这已经是我住过的附近第五家酒店了。

The room is not really soundproof; It is quite noisy because of the sounds from other rooms. I could even hear the neighbor snoring. I felt itchy, as if there were bed bugs on the bed. Additionally, the hotel charged an extra 10 RYR as a foreigner fee.

The bed very dusty. My body itches badly.

Waiting for 3 hours to check in even though it has been booked and paid for 2 hotel rooms very bad service.

I had most pleasant to stay on this hotel, comfy hotel and near to mall and some food street, if you want buy some food

Hotel bersih staf ramah sebelah eon mal. Naik turun bus di sebelah hotel tinggal nunggu aja bus no t21 untuk kesitulang laut dan jb central.

Clean toilet. Nver a dissapointment.
