The room was very clean, the hotel lobby and bar were very comfortable and cozy! Staff was exceptional!

We have a great night stay at Brownwood. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Wish there was a recliner instead of just chair, bathroom is amazing, lobby staff were great and even laughed at my husbands jokes

My husband and I stayed at Brownwood over the weekend, while visiting my parents in The Villages. The hotel was very clean and updated. The people were very nice and friendly. The pool was spacious and beautiful. The only drawback was it is not quite walkable to Brownwood Square, but I knew that when booking. The good part is Brownwood Square is only 3 minutes, by car. This was our first time at the hotel and I would gladly return in the future.

My husband I stayed for a quick get away. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The restaurants were delicious. The Spa is absolutely beautiful. We got a couples massage at the spa and enjoyed every second.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The facilities are impeccable and the staff was professional and acccomodating to all needs. The interior design and aesthetics makes it feel very much like an upscale resort. This location was a bit farther from our intended location but we are so glad we stayed - it was well worth the additional mileage and would definitely stay here again.
