Clean room, friendly staff

Staff was courteous helped me with early check out. However room was not quite, blinds were not working.

Noisy experience just because there was a bunch of kids jumping around on the floor above us

The room was great and the front desk staff were very attentive. The breakfast was great and a good value.

Beautiful Room, Friendly Staff, Great Food!

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Kelowna during the Family Day long weekend in February 2026 (Feb 13–16). The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well‑maintained, exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options to start each morning off right. The hotel charge a very reasonable $11 per person for the wonderful breakfast. Parking is free and was also incredibly convenient, with plenty of spaces both above ground and underground, making it easy to come and go at any time. The location is another great perk. The hotel is close to many amenities, which made grabbing food, coffee, and essentials quick and convenient. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food was excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Everything was awsome

There were wires that were sticking out of the bed that cut open my husbands leg. The hot tub was over the proper temperature and cause our boys to get blisters. We reported the issues and never got any resolution.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with nice sitting area. Nice breakfast in pretty restaurant area. Secured underground parking. Friendly staff. All around great value stay.
