Comfortable and very clean room, friendly staff

Great stay. No complaints. Friendly staff and clean building/rooms. You can head people walking in the floor above, and the doors close super loud but still a 5 star stay.

Great pool, gym and the rooms are up to date and clean

such a clean hotel, the room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The location overall was pretty close to downtown by drive.

The staff were friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. Room was clean and quiet.

Parking- they have over size parking but full with small cars- they don’t enforce even with signs- had to park on a street a couple blocks away.

Thought it was kind of tactless to have signs throughout the building announcing the grand opening of their new rooftop patio and then having it closed to public (not noted anywhere) for the first 3 hours. Way to make your guests feel like unworthy peasants. Otherwise nice, new, clean hotel. One of the better ones in Kelowna but that is a low bar. Near restaurants and shopping but not really walking distance to water or downtown. If you can get a deal for under $300 per night, worth it. They often charge more though and no way is this hotel worth $400 or $500 night.

Muy mal desayuno. En general la limpieza del hotel deficiente. Los cuartos limpios pero no impecables como antes. Cada vez ofrecen menos servicios. Hasta el agua hay que comprar.

Housekeeping knocked at 8am sharp on Saturday to clean rom? How does that work?

In all my years of hotels, I have never had the cleaning service knock at 8:00 am to clean the room when we check out at 11:00. I explained that we were checking out later, put the do not disturb sign on the door. At 9:30 she knocked again and I explained again checkout was 11:00. Will not go back….

Hotel was clean.

From location and check in, to the room and pool, this was a great stay for the weekend. Awesome breakfast buffet and super helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.
