週邊很熱鬧，但停車場距離有點遠，不適合自駕旅行者，房間很普通，入住時浴室地上有前房客留下的內褲，但早餐很棒

Pros: Newly renovated, bars downstairs with affordable prices, 24hrs reception , lovely breakfast, clean environment Cons: Terrible noise from club downstairs until 3 ,4 am. If you are young and enthusiastic want to have fun at night then this is right for you , or you will hear the beats clearly. Toilet is not sealed on the floor, it moves when I move excuse me ? Cold floor weak shower with no shampoo, no water boiler, and also every time when you touch the metal frame of bed you will want to scream. Cleaning lady broke into our room at 8 am try to clean ( I didn’t put the tag “do not disturb” outside , my mistake), As I said. Consider it as a hostel for young people it’s perfect, unfortunately it’s 4 star hotel, Big no

It was certainly a unique experience , night club in the basement roof top bar. Rooms were very mixed we all paid the same rate but our friends room was more than double the size of ours.

Endroit joli, au style d'auberge jeuness, pratique, personnel serviable. Chambre un peu désuète, peinture à refaire. On entend un peu le bruit de la discothèque, perso, cela ne m'a pas trop dérangé.

I asked them to wash my clothes & they returned them shrunk!!!!

Me, my sister and our friend had 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great, there is the main bar, a rooftop bar and an underground nightclub open Fridays and Saturdays with 2 rooms which played different music, we had a fantastic time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice enough buffet. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the square which is a couple of minutes walk away. There are lots of museums to visit and organised walks taking you to see the sites of Zagreb. Overall a fantastic city break and so pleased we chose this hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Worst hotel stay in my life. There is a nightclub on the 4th floor that pumps loud music until 5 am and a lounge on the ground floor that also plays music. The overall environment is not clean and the room stinks of smoke. Overall, could not sleep until after 5 am. People come to a hotel to sleep, not to listen to loud music. It made my stay in Zagreb very unpleasant.

Had a fun time

Timeout Heritage Hotel is really nice. In a perfect location, centrally located. It has a nice bar and nightclub. Room was good, bed perfect and shower in the bathroom was excellent. There was an in room safe and fridge. My room had a balcony which was nice. Breakfast is good and standard for Zagreb. Reception staff are very kind and friendly.

On the app they said they had parking, main reason why we booked this hotel. 12 hours before arriving they sent an email saying they did not have parking. The guy in reception at check in was not friendly. The rooms have zero privacy and you can hear everything from other rooms, the curtains/blackouts aren’t the right measurements and you can see from outside through the windows

The hotel is located in between bar and club bit in the hotel you cannot hear anything. Rooms are clean and have everything needed. Parking nearby Staff are amazing Topnotch

Construction was being carried out in the Restaurant area with loud noises going on from early morning until late afternoon. Very loud hammering sounds. No hotel staff apoligised for this. My recommendation is all staff require an in depth customer service training courses. Also housekeeping need to be more quite in corridors of room areas. I could here everything outside my room. The positive feedback I will say is the location of the property.

If you like your sleep then this is NOT the place for you. I was on the third floor and the noise from their night club in the basement was loud up till 5am

Trevligt hotell med helt okej (stort) rum. Bra säng och bra frukost. Dock, VÄLDIGT sen frukost, inte tillgänglig före 8.00 Samt rökning tillåten inomhus, röklukt i alla utrymmen. Och väldigt lyhört.

Perfect location for when want to have fun and party. Located in middle of city center witg everything in walking distance
