From the front door to the room, very accommodating. Staff is amazing!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely & helpful and the hotel was really well located.

The hotel has a rooftop restaurant worth eating it. Delicious food, and fabulous view of the Acropolis. Breakfast in the lobby is excellent.

A lovely hotel and would stay here agsin!

The check-in was easy, the hotel is well located closed to subway and walkable distance to Acropolis, the hotel smells amazing, its clean, the rooms are small but very clean, the bed and pillows are excellent, breakfast is very good, specially the coffee and orange juice. My only recommendation would be for some staff members to be more patient and have more empathy with the clients when they have any issues.

Helpful, kind and polite staff, small but clean and well-equipped room, restaurant with a view of the Acropolis of Athens, and located about a 20-minute walk away from the Acropolis.

Staff was outstanding! We left at 6 am and they even had an amazing breakfast ready to go for us!

While the hotel lobby was beautiful and the rooms were esthetically nice, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on cement. The noise of the main road next to the hotel could be heard through very serious earplugs. And the bedding upon arrival was stained. However the location was convenient, conceive was great and breakfast was totally sufficient.

The view was not really as advertised!!! Also the advertised bottle of free wine was not in our room! Otherwise everything was very nice.

Initially we were given a room with the AC not working well and safe was broken but after requesting a room change request was honored. Breakfast was great .Location was great Easily accessible to eating places,metro.Surroundings were safe Staff was very helpful and friendly

Socrates, the staff manager, is the highlight of this hotel. He offered us a complimentary room upgrade and took the time to provide us useful tour information and advice about visiting the islands. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was good, but perhaps not quite a four star level breakfast. The hotel owners might consider dropping the advertisement of the rooms having balconies as they are tiny, useful mostly for hanging clothes to dry and with a view toward other buildings where others are likewise hanging their clothes to dry. Our travel mates stayed in another room and were equally impressed with Socrates; they had no interest in having a balcony with a view and so it did not bother them. Some reviewers said that the rooms are not sound proofed and that road noise makes it hard to sleep. We heard nothing and slept soundly. The airport shuttle service was reasonably priced and professional. We stayed on floor 3 and our travel mates were on floor 4.

Manager Socrates and his staff are excellent. The facility is very clean. The breakfast is sanitary and ample. The location of the property on a very busy road/mini highway and advertising the tiny, tiny balcony with a view to other buildings with drying laundry should be reconsidered.

We loved our stay at Heritage Hill Hotel! Literally everything was perfect!

Room was clean, location is great for walking with food coffee and the bread factory right beside which had warm food. The hospitality was exceptional as all the staff were great. We truly felt welcomed here at Heritage Hill Hotel and in Greece. Thank you for accommodating us.
