Great service and beautiful beach

Great property!

Great experience

My experience was perfect. The people who works in this hotel were very kind, friendly and helpful. The food was good and for me the Bellum was the best one. I recommend this property for family and everyone who wants a quality time.

Good overall, should work on room service to improve experience.

Sraff and service was terrible.

No one ever picks up the phone in the reception. It’s literally almost impossible to get a hold of them. Property was clean, food was very good. Staff was very friendly but it’s hard to get a straight answer to general questions because no one is ever sure.

Everything was great . But the kids club was the best. The Kaila and Minerva really know how to make the kids days special .

I love this resort. This is the only resort I’ve ever been to that I enjoy the food ( pescatarian ) and they have a lot of options that aren’t mixed with some sort of meat and I appreciate that so much I had to come back. They are attentive and quick to respond, friendly and welcoming.

Great smaller resort for families. It’s our second time and we had another wonderful time. New pool and beach umbrella huts are great!

The staff are ridiculous

Staff was absolutely amazing. Fantastic pool and beach area.

Everything was just a short walk from our room. The pool was relaxing, the food was good and most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The time share people were a little too pushy. But we handled them.

Definitely not 5 star. But probably 4/4.5. Rooms were ok, hotel good for families. Park was never open for kids even though all 8 days the weather was perfect. Towels in room were terrible and sheets dirty. But overall good 4/5. Good for big families.

Resort was clean, staff were friendly. Food at the buffet was average, dinner at restaurants was good. Resort is location away from well known resorts. It is isolated. Good experience overall.
