Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was by the main road so they changed us to a quieter location immediately and without fuss.

This hotel perfectly matches what you'd envision as a comfortable and convenient mountain retreat. Although we visited during the summer, it was clear that the hotel would be equally inviting and cozy during winter months. Parking was hassle-free, and the breakfast was delightful. Overall, an excellent choice for leisure with family.

The hotel needs a facelift or deep clean. My hotel room sofa had 2 huge stains which I covered with a towel. The cloth headboard was filthy. New pillows should be a priority. The bathroom was clean and lovely. The reception area staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff not so. Food was good.

This is an excellent place for a relaxing stay. The rooms spacious, beds comfortable and the shower was great - so are the Spa and pool areas. What more do you want? The bar was great although a bit pricey and the dinner... mediocre at best (go out... especially go to Cristina's). What was glorious was the breakfast buffer. One of the best I have had at a hotel. Enjoy your stay.

Very nice hotel, room was clean and spacious, good amenities and friendly helpful staff, bar lounge and restaurant very good and pool and jacuzzi were very nice.

Amazing price for a 5 star hotel. Service was excellent, food at breakfast was excellent, super clean, it felt luxurious and welcoming and just really friendly. Great views from the balcony and great location within walking distance of everything.

Lige i centrum og alligevel stille og roligt område, gode parkerings muligheder og morgenmaden er langt over middel. Zakopane er et spændende område med masser af fritids interesser. Tæk på Slovakiet og spændende veje såfremt man kommer på motorcykel eller i bil. Helt sikkert et hotel jeg vil besøge igen

We just stayed the night in summer , was comfortable and clean tho the pillows were not very nice but we never asked for other ones. Would we stay there again yes
