Great location—very safe both inside and outside. I even took long walks at night on the well-lit streets. The included breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order from a menu. I would definitely return here next time I am in the city!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is super pleasant and attentive, while giving guests their space, which I find important. The food is totally fantastic! (Naan bread must be tried). My room was spotless clean. Sound isolation from outside noise not optimal, but got used to it after the first night. WiFi was problematic, many dropouts, this should be fixed. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and that is a major plus as Kigali tends to have traffic jams. Recommended!

De staf is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn goed en schoon maar het grootste euvel is dat het bijna onmogelijk is om te douchen. Ze zijn kokend heet en niet te regelen. Zelfs een koude douche is onmogelijk omdat er dan slechts druppels uit de kraan komen. Meer reizigers hebben hier tijdens verblijf over geklaagd maar probleem werd niet opgelost.

This property was great! I enjoyed all the staff especially the manager Thomas. He made everything was taken care of. This hotel was walking distance to the best restaurants. I came up sit but it was a hospital right on site and a pharmacy.

Good follow-up on my reservation. Got a message requesting flight information for free airport shuttle. As WiFi did not work in my first room, I was quickly moved to another room

We use this hotel when arriving and departing for Europe. Rooms are spacious, bed is good, free shuttle service and placed in the center of Kigali. Only drawback is the notice from the corridor

My stay was good. Especially in the beginning. But when the break fast became buffet and the coffe became Premade it changed my experience. Also I was told that I could check out late the Night before. But couldnt the Day after. Which was irritating.

I stayed one night waiting for the answer for the Corona test. Friendly staff and good spacious room

The hotel is good, everything new. Big beds. Everything clean. Staff very friendly. It would add a plus to make it a bit cosy. The tile floor does not look warm. Maybe small carpets in the rooms and the reception hall as well pkants in the reception could do the trick. Something on the room walls would add a plus too.

I liked how the staff are more caring, they have reminded me to take my Dinner and Lunch.
