No drainage for all the water in the gutters

Apartment and linen were clean and fresh, very greatful to have had the second room for the family stay. Would be happy to stay here again. Close to everything manly has to offer.

Great property regarding location, the sitemaager RF was great and very accomodaing. For the loction and ageof the unit - had no problems.

Great position to Manly Beach.

Our shower was leaking and the mattress smelled of urine.
