Rooms are great, clean beach shoreline. Able to swim nicely. Though water was out for few hour because they were doing something about the pipelines. Nevertheless, it was quite all okay.

The pool is dirty and the room is not complete no rug and no slipper.

The hotel was newly-built, so the ambiance and amenities are in good condition. The staff at the resto were okay, they were very responsive but seems overworked, there were only three staff to cater a lot of guests. The girls at the front office were nervous, they were apprehensive when asked questions. Also, the ad for "free breakfast" was false. We booked a family room for six adults, however, only breakfasts for two were complimentary, the other four guests had to pay! Giving Em Royalle 6/10 score overall.

Service was bad. Their service hotlines are unattended most of the time. During check in, they forgot to give us towels and toiletries. Their beds also have plastic covering beneath the bedsheets so it's kinda off and not comfortable. But the rest was wonderful: location, pool, food.
