Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast

I travel often and especially to this location-The staff is exceptional, the rooms very clean. I felt safe and the breakfast is delicious! If traveling in and around Aurora this is the best place to stay.

Everything is great about the hotel but the only thing I would like is a bar of soap too. I don’t always like using body wash in the shower. Otherwise I love the hotel.

I booked this property because I had a business appointment the next day. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hot water was not working and was asked if I wanted to cancel. After traveling seven hours to get there, cancelling was not a realistic option. Unfortunately, the hot water never came back. In fact, I was unable to shower before my appointment because the shower was not providing usable water. This was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. The breakfast offered was very poor and did not meet expectations. I also contacted Expedia for assistance, but they advised that the reservation was non-refundable and stated they were unable to reach the hotel. As a result, Expedia was not helpful in resolving the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be staying here again.

Wish there was a bar in the hotel.

This was our second time staying at this location within the last 8 months . Staff and service was excellent and Breakfast was fabulous!!

Quick friendly check-in. Clean comfortable room. Nice beds and pillows. Micro, fridge and coffee maker. Sadly, the breakfast was really not good. The eggs tasteless and the auto cooked pancakes were fun but very undercooked. My other choices were prepackaged goods like yogurt and fruit so it was as expected. The pool was overrun with preteen hockey players (yes, even in June) so we did not partake.

The properties very well maintained, clean and quiet. The room was really clean and bright. Complimentary breakfast is one of the best we have had at a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only comment is that water pressure wasn’t great. Otherwise loved it. New, spacious and good value.

Very noisy stay with kids playing soccer in the hallway. Housekeeper forgot to clean the room on the first night and the floor was still dirty after cleaning. Night shift front desk staff was impatient when we expressed our frustration. The elevator tile floor is cracked and the facility is getting older. Will not recommend and will not stay in this hotel again.
