I did enjoy my stay, The place needs some deep cleaning, and also could use new furnishings.

(Wife typing) My husband and I took our 4 kids to visit the area for potential living, we rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for 4 days. Our first night the refrigerator stopped working until my husband messed with it and got it to work again. The guest bathroom had a leak from this ceiling hatch, I guess it came from the upper apartments restroom. I emailed the hotel and they got back to me in a timely manner BUT I was already asleep when I got a response, told them everything and the whole trip we were there the leak slowly got worse. The person I was emailing back and forth with offered to move us into a different unit but didn’t have anymore 2bd apartments (which is understandable). But when the leak did get worse I called, and there was either no order put in yet or they were waiting to hear something back. They had our permission to enter to fix the leak, no one came. No one came the entire time to fix our leak, the bathroom became unusable because of water flooding the floor. We were using pots to catch the water drip, our towels to dry up the floor. It was a mess. The apartments were overall nice, the unit itself was cozy, set up beautifully. But that leak is really what did it for us. We couldn’t really enjoy our stay inside because we were too worried about the leak and making sure to control it.

This had a 5 star rating which was very misleading. This is a 3 star property at best. Unit was old and ran down, entire complex was fairly ran down with lots of vagrants hanging around, sitting on steps drinking beer, etc. The inside was very old and needed lots of cosmetic repairs. This is absolutely not a 5 star rating and needs to be reduced to avoid future guests expecting nicer accommodations

Roomy apartment near the freeway. Great contact-free check in. Comfy furnishings. It was what we needed.

Terrible experience! The ac was broke so was between 80-90 in unit! Looked half clean! Black mold in several areas! During this pandemic they should be much cleaner! THEN they tried to charge us a cleaning fee when it wasn’t even clean for us!!!!

I did not stay once I arrived. The pictures are misleading ! The apartments are not called the Relaxing Suites of Midland. There is another name. The patio was full of bones and beer tops, water leaking from the ceiling, table and fireplace area filthy, outside dirty and no grass ( just dirt), a bug came out of the cabinet. I left and have had trouble getting a cancellation.

I rented a complete 1 bedroom apartment in a apartment complex. It was easy check in and very comfortable. You have all the amenities. I will definitely stay again. 7 Stars out of 5

Had a lot of room. Issue was bathroom area was a 2 out of 10. Paint chipping in the tub and by toilet

One bedroom apartment. Property dated but clean. One television is apartment. Smart Tv. Furnished with dishes and dishwasher, easy to keep clean. Friendly neighbors

Place was great for 8 days in Midland. I bougjht and left a few things that should of been on hand. Like a toaster, dish rack. Older place with. A lot of deteriation in cabinets, shower and other molding.

Need to Fumigate this place if they get that under control it would be the spot to stay

This could be a very nice place to work from but it is filthy and has very little amenities. Have to bring you own toiletries ( two tubes of conditioner was all that was supplied). Three towels - no wash cloths - one hand towel. One of the towels had three long hairs folded into it. Kitchen had absolutely no paper or linen . No broom or mop in place. Really not a great place to stay unless it is thoroughly cleaned and add a few necessities.
