整體都很好，服務人員態度親切

It was advertised as a 4 star but didn't feel like it beyond everything being extra clean. We went to see the pool and tiles were chipping off but front stiff just said "ok", like no biggie. The room had the tiniest fridge and no microwave or a single USB outlet to charge anything. Actual outlets (the ones not smashed) were in a very inconvenient spot under or beneath furniture. The shower didn't drain but when brought staff only said, again, "sorry", but didn't offer any solution. We only came to sleep as we had an early flight, but I doubt we will come back after this experience.

Breakfast is very good but it starts rather late, at 7 AM.

We were happy about our decision to stay here the last night in Valencia. Close to the airport. We saved some money with that. We spent some time by the pool in the evening and there is a good restaurant and bar, terrace. And also a gym. We had a nice breakfast and it worked excellent with the shuttle to the airport.

It’s a great hotel. Clean and well maintained. The staff are really excellent: cleaners, reception - everyone is polite and friendly. The location is great. Very close to the airport and a 7 minute walk to the nearest metro. Parking at the back of the hotel is free. We spend 4 nights here and would stay again and no we couldn’t hear the airplanes

Un hotel de aeropuerto, un tanto básico y con servicio bueno pero muy impersonal y acelerado. Cumple pero no excede. El exterior del hotel requiere una buena "hermoseada" porque además de mucha basura las áreas jardinadas y entradas laterales en mal estado de conservación.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and the people at the reception were a great guide to find my way around.

Suitable airport hotel

The hotel was nice. The bed was not much to brag about. And the cleaner woke me up 8 in the morning. I get that you can put the do not disturb sign up on the door but 8 in the moring seems way to early for cleaning. Check-out at 12 is nice.

Lovely hotel, good location, very nice staff

Clean room. Helpful staff. Airport shuttle times were a bit restrictive for the times we needed to be at the airport, so had to rent a car an extra day and took taxi from airport after missing last hotel shuttle time by 5 minutes

The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely, but we had noisy neighbors who loved to slam the doors .

Hotel location is in an industrial area and the initial external impression raised some concerns for us, but the hotel is well appointed, maintained, managed and very clean. I would gladly stay again with no worries. Nothing on walking distance, but helpful staff recommended the high-end Primark shopping mall a short taxi ride away and it was fantastic with a number of good restaurants, movie theater, quick bites and great shopping choices. Downside: Please note the free airport shuttle doesn't start until 6AM, so be sure to count on a taxi fare for early AM departures!

Mudamos de quarto no Terceiro dia. Total de 3 Noites. Pois nas duas anteriores foi Avaliado. Ficamos no quarto 334 que nos pareceu ser melhor.

Very clean and great staff!!

Ruime schone kamer. Wel verouderd. Ook door renovatiewerken (schilderen) was het zwembad niet open. Dit werd niet voldoende gecommuniceerd vooraf. Er werd iets vermeld over renovatiewerken vlak voor vertrek, maar niet gedetailleerd genoeg.

Pool closed for renovations. Must call upon arrival at the airport to coordinate shuttle. Lovely staff, would go back

Staff pleasant, but hotel was incredibly noisy. Traffic noise, airplanes (which is to be expected so close to airport, I suppose), doors slamming and guests being very noisy in the courtyard late into the night. Bed was a bit hard. Sleep was not easy.
