The room was spacious overlooking the sea. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and in pristine condition. Hotel is bu the ocean so you wake up to the sound of waves. 10/10 would recommend and definitely will come back to stay.

The best location and hotel if you are staying in Seminyak. Pelayanan sangat ramah & good location tinggal jalan kaki kalo mau ke area cafe & restaurant. Makananya juga enak-enak selalu suka makanan breakfast dan dinnernya di W bali, pilihan menu sangat variatif! Kamar juga luas dengan pemandangan pantai. Cocok untuk menginap dengan couple, honeymoon dan keluarga.

The villa is epic. I would surely go back. One of my most favorite places on earth! 😚 its perfect for a honeymoon or to just chill yourself up. It brings very good vibes. Also, the hotel is close to the beach. Woo bar is awesome too, you can drink and watch the sunset right in front of your eyes 😍 the service is impeccable!

Fasilitas oke, lokasi langsung menghadap pantai. Staf banget, ramah dan efisien kerjanya. Hanya kalau boleh saran harga kamar over price tidak sesuai dengan kondisinya. Makasih.

Saya menginap di kamar 219, lorong depan kamar kotor, sistem lock pintu sempat bermasalah, kamar mandi kotor, keran shower bocor dan berkarat. Saat check-in juga sempat menunggu cukup lama, kirain karena penuh, ternyata saya lihat masih banyak sekali kamar yang kosong. Entah apa karena kami orang lokal sehingga terkesan diperlakukan agak semana-mena. Tolong ya, ini di indonesia, masa yang orang lokal malah dibeginikan? Mengecewakan. Tolong segera diperbaiki, kalau begini jadi tidak pantas dan tidak sebanding sama sekali dengan harganya.

Luar biasa dan menyenangkan, cocok untuk keluarga atau pun honeymoon.

Hotel is modern yet has some Balinese features. The room was outstanding and huge bathroom with soaking tub and large shower, double sinks, private toilet. Restaurants were good. Heavy surf during our stay so red flags out on the beach. Opportunity for great sunsets - west facing - but we had heavy overcast during our stay. The smoking throughout the Woo Bar made our experience less than satisfying.

Bad in services. No prepare that we already requested. Let guest waiting without any arrangement. Only asking without realization and arrangement. For many activity : check in, check out, membership, and others.
