Not happy with the microscopic size room and the dust in front of the room

It was right on the river with beautiful views and plenty of space to walk around,would have like to stay longer

The guests are invited to join Carol and Steve around the camp fire to hear a little about the property and share their own travel trivia. A few nibblies are shared round and the fire creates a great ambience and warmth as the sun sets. We had such a terrific time that we booked in for a second night. There is much history and beautiful sandstone buildings to explore in Wilcannia and White Cliffs is a must do. A hidden gem we say🌞

The staff were very helpful, clean and comfortable. However I was very disappointed when I tried to shower as there was only a drizzle of water and the water was cold.

Was a great place with great management. We had trouble with the reverse cycle air con but once notified of the issue, it was looked at promptly and we had no further issues during our stay.

The location of the property was fantastic. Incredible views and very peaceful.

Warrawong on the Darling is a few KM's out of the small town of Wilcannia. We had travelled from Broken Hill via White Cliffs and booked here to break the KM's. We stayed in a nice self contained family cabin (1Q, 2S beds). Wilcannia does not have many services and the one and only restaurant was closed during our stay (christmas holiday break), but we had been forewarned and brought along (from Broken Hill) an easy to cook meal in the cabin. The town does have a supermarket, but as always when travelling in these remote areas be prepared and have emergency food supplies in case the store is closed, etc. Cabin kitchen had microwave, hot plate, basic cooking utensils, etc. Don't expect sweeping river vistas - whilst the property fronts the river, the accomodation doesn't and it's a short walk down to the river.

Small one bedroom apartment with shared BBQs on a long verandah at the front with tables and chairs. Had a great evening watching a magnificent thunderstorm and chatting to our neighbours over a few drinks. Would definitely stay again.

The managers are friendly and helpful. They happily replaced our kettle as it has a lot of deposits. The knob of fan control in the bedroom is missing so it is inconvenient to turn the fan on/off. The table is covered with water marks. Otherwise, the cabin was comfortable and clean. It was interesting to drive around the property to see the river bank and the red gum tree.

The manager of the property is friendly . Checked in was easy . The manager gave us map to explore the bush walk area and showed us how to reach Darling River area. The accommodation according to Outback standard is pretty good . The cabin has a separate bedroom. The small kitchen has a stove that you can cook . We arrived on Sunday and unfortunately the small supermarket and some eating places were closed . Overall we had a comfortable stay .

Warrawong is in a great location for the traveller out west. Handy for travel to Broken Hill , Menindee , White Cliffs etc or en-route to South Australia. The grounds were great and the short bush walk to see the Darling River was great. The staff were helpful and the facilities were great.

Very welcoming by the the manager Vivian who is making a stirling effort to enhance the site through planting flowers and improving the service. A spotless room, firm bed and lovely outlook made for a very comfortable stay.

Great cabins. Very clean and modern. We were impressed with the accommodation. Communication was good. I would highly recommend staying here.
