所有员工都很专业。 酒店保持得很干净。 客房和公共设施都很干净。 设施也不错，虽然前台在二楼。 所以一楼就像个候客室。

喜欢酒店的服务和设施。非常干净整洁，大堂还提供不错的免费饮品。

Very nice hotel. The room is quite big. There is also laundry facility which you can check the availabilities from the room. Easy access from Itami Airport and close to public transport, especially subway station with lift access.

The hotel is very modern and clean, and there's a lot of options for free drinks at the main lobby. All the staff were friendly and the room (and bathroom) was relatively spacious. One of the best hotels I've stayed in Japan.

Di lobi ada mesin minuman yang free, ada matcha latte-nya. Kamar luas, nyaman banget.

Nice location, near train station & restaurant & mini market. Walking distance to Dotonbori area. Spacious & comfy room.

Hotelnya oke banget, deket station mrt, di depan hotel ada family mart dan supermarket. Pelayanannya ok, ada free drink corner untuk tamu (coffee, soft drink, ice machine). Kamarnya juga spacious dan modern. Overall it was a great stay, will come back to Miyako Hotel if I back again to Osaka.

The room is small but well designed. Love the green mint bottle spray. However check-in was very slow and staff didn't notice we booked 2 rooms with breakfast. Breakfast is quite boring with only 2 choices when staying more than 1 day.
