Well trained Staff, and really appreciated the concierge staffs, first i need to log in for WiFi and they came in to help, It's little complicate for Foreign visitor, because they need you to have a local phone number for security, and i left my iPad at the room and they send it back to me, Thank you ! But hotel facilities and amenities need some upgrade, anyway thanks.

I did not feel comfortable in the room. The breakfast was worse. I paid for two but my brother decided not to dine there because it is very dark dining room. It does not feel clean . Food selection is limited.

Room is good size and clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

位置不錯，從沙尾站步行5分鐘左右就到，也不難找，沿路有樹蔭，只是路旁都是裝修工程店，沒什麼可看。酒店旁就是商場，有盒馬生鮮超市、八合里火鍋、瑞幸咖啡、Linlee檸檬茶、喜茶等等。附近是民居，有街市及平民化超市，新鮮嘅住宿體驗。就是沒有景觀，窗外就是隔離屋苑了。 酒店比想像中新同乾淨，員工有禮貌。晚上點了美團，有機械人送上來。 14:00可Check-in及12:00才Check-out，時間好似比一般酒店好。

已標明不要尾房，卻偏偏安排尾房，房內空調很熱，不涼快，睡覺都出汗了

整潔度欠佳 浴室很多污漬

景觀開場，空間夠大，冷氣還算充足，有浴缸浸浴

酒店房間質素有改善比疫情前進步很大

Hotel está muito envelhecido, precisando de urgente atualizaçao. Ar condicionado nã o funcionou, cortinas rasgadas, aparador rasgado e wi fi sofrivel. Alem de tudo possui um cheiro insuportavel de cigarros apesar de ser um quarto para não fumantes. A localização é razoavel, com estaçao de metrô a cerca de 700 metros mas cercado de edificações muito feias. As fotos nomsite nao correspondem aonestado atual do horel
