It was close to everything and walkable

Walkable to all major attractions. Very clean and friendly staff. Just make sure you get a room with a view. Ours didn’t. Our view was a wall!!!

Great boutique property walking distance to shopping and sightseeing

Hotel as a property was decent to good, I could give 4 or 4.5. However there were two major issues. I booked and asked at the time of the check-in for a king size bed which they responded as yes. However, it was actually 2 twin beds brought together. If they laid a thick enough king size ped then it would turn into a decent king size bed. However, this was not the case and the middle of the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep at. So you had to sleep on either side of the bed, effectively making you sleep on a twin bed which I do everything to avoid. Second, when I selected the superior king room at expedia, one of the pictures was a view from the window to the street in the front of the hotel and the room description never said the room had a courtyard view which I very much dislike at a hotel unless the courtday is full of light and pleasant to look at. However, the room had a view of a concrete wall which was quite close to the the window which made the room very dark and depressive even during the day. When I asked the reception why I was given this room, they said superior rooms had either street view or courtyard view and they preferred to give me this room. I said there is nothing wrong having a room with a concrete wall view or dark or even a room without a window as long as they disclose this clearly at the room description part which was not the case. Room description was clearly misleading at best or better to say untrue. This is completely unacceptable.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful location. Great staff. Enjoyed seeing the Acropolis lighted at night from the roof top. I would stay there again when I am in Athens.

as a regular visitor to Athens, this was my first stay at this beautiful property… Everything was great, but the staff stood out in our minds as extraordinary

The rooftop bar had amazing views of the Acropolis at sunset. The staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The cafe at the lobby was a great retreat and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied for all tastes. We have no hesitation in returning.
