Hyvä aamiainen ja siistit huoneet.

Utmärkt läge inom promenadavstånd från centrum (och Silja Lines terminal). Bra rum med sköna sängar. Fin frukostbuffé. Trevlig och snabb personal i receptionen. Inget att anmärka på.

Stayed here more than 10 times and am a 30-year-old Marriott/Starwood client. The manager could not even help to change a double booking to another date. The other hotel did it in 5 minutes. Goodbye, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Restaurangen inte öppet på söndag kväll, ingen möjlighet för middag trots att det sägs att de är öppna alla dagar i veckan. På frukosten, till exempel pannkakor kostar extra. Rummet var rent, men damm i badrummet samt var fönen mycket gammal och i ett dåligt skick. Förväntade mig mer från ett hotel som marknadsför att vara i Top10 av Luxury Hotels.

No free WiFi. You have to sign up for their customer club. Never staying there again.

Amazing hotel in a great location

The costumer service was great and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast is buffet with good options.

It was nice hotel

The rooms are a bit coldish otherwise it is a very very nice hotel. I highly recommend it

Breakfast offerred varied selection. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room needs were a bit different from other guests because we needed to modify the heavy bed covers and the housekeeping staff was helpful with our use of sheets & towels.

We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!
