Auto check in and many numbers have to remember. contact with email mainly. No sympathy but only mattress. Overall is good. traffic is excellence.

This hotel is not a typical hotel but more like an airbnb. It’s located very conveniently next to the train station and metro station. There are minimal services but the rooms are very clean and new.

Super conveninte location

Great stay! The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was superb, I don't think you can find a better spot for the quality and price. It is close to museums, El Retiro Park, and tons of bars and restaurants. There are metro and bus stations very close by, but you can pretty much walk anywhere. The only downside is that the walls are a little thin, so you can hear other guests from your room, but it’s nothing to complain about. The thick double-glazed windows work wonders, so there was no street noise at all. Slept like a rock during my stay.

Staff and the clean room

I like the lockers for storing our luggage on the day of our departure. The location is very walkable and convenient. I also really like the hardwood floor. The beds are comfortable too.

Excellent self-controlled AC/heat, beautiful clean modern room with good bathroom, small balcony, sound-proof shutters, free coffee,tea and also small fridge. Wonderful helpful staff!

Primero aclarar que esto no es un hotel, pareció mas un Airbnb ya que no te harán nunca la limpieza ni cambiarán toallas, la propiedad es muy antigua asi que el ascensor se siente muy inseguro. Los alrededores están bien en el sentido que te queda cerca a atracciones turísticas pero hay mucho ruido en la noche por borrachos. Entraras con un código a la propiedad y al cuarto, lo cual nos pareció inseguro
