Great location, very well thought out layout and interior. Loved the sauna. Very nice accomodations.

The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. The air conditioning was working properly on the top floor so it was very warm no fan was provided. Some positives was good communication with the office and quick responses, held the luggage for us and arranged taxis from and to the airport.

Comfortable property. It's important to understand the physical fitness required to stay inside the walled city of Dubrovnik. Climbing 100s of stairs on uneven surface without a handrail is required. Otherwise this is a tremendously fun way to visit Dubrovnik. We did have some rental communication difficulty resulting from a change in check in procedure while flying that did not reach us.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The property was great, spacious, with lots of amenities.
