Proximity to restaurants and interstate

Needs more attention to walk pets so they can do their business. It’s pretty sketchy.

Very clean, great staff, breakfast was great, convenient access and parking. Felt safe, great selection of eating choices. Loved staying here, would certainly stay again.

My family and I needed a place to stay overnight while traveling. The hotel was clean, aesthetically pleasing and quiet. Staff was friendly and they served free breakfast. Our room was clean.

I like that my dog is welcome at this hotel. Also, I like their breakfast options.

Walk in quoted 156.00, asked if they would match hotels.com rate, showing the clerk he stated no. I had to go outside and book online for room, 121.00. Hair all in shower, walls and curtains

Clean modern hotel and served our purpose.

The stay was horrible, only due to the temperature in the room could not be controlled. we entered the room with the air conditioner setting on 59 degrees and could not stabilize the temp to comfortable level. we tried all night to get the temp down but to no avail. They had portable heaters in the halls but rooms were freezing. I had to take my wife to the doctor when we ARRIVED HOME since she had a really bad cold.

Average hotel at best.

This was a driving trip from Ohio to Orlando. This was a great stop to break up the drive. The area and hotel were nice. There were plenty of restaurants around as well.

Everything in the room was slightly damp to the touch. The walls, the carpet, the bedding. Other than that everything seemed clean

The staff was very polite, considerate and helpful. Oh yeah and friendly. I normally stay at the COMFORT INN, but Laquinta Inn has won me over. I am looking forward to my next visit/ stay.

I believe the property is still undergoing a rennovation. Our bathroom, room 417 was in horrible condition. The walls were unfinished, paint on the mirror, black caulking in the bathtub. I feel it shouldnt be rented in that cobdition. The one queen bed was so clise to the wall that you cant get in and out without crawling over the bed. The air conditioning was not working properly, hard to control the temp, very wet feeling. The breakfast was nice. The indoor pool is more like the size of a hot tub. Unacceptable for Florida. Silly to have an indoor pool. I also felt the room/floors were not clean.
