The apartment is very run down. The sheets in the beds are very stained and yellow The bathroom had mold all over the tub area-we didn’t even feel comfortable showering There were no small towels provided to wash up or dry your hands

This place was lovely and clean. The instructions to get in were clear. Centrally located and close to parking. It was meant to sleep 4. Although one of our group ended up sleeping on the tile floor due to lack of room on the futon. The shower only seemed to have one temperature, hot! Heaters were provided. Some of the wooden blinds at the windows were broken. For a one night stay to go to a gig at the arena it was fine.

Cold, heating didnt work, microwave didnt work, didnt even provide shower gel/ shampoo, pretty tatty property down a back street. Probably the worst place ive stayed of 20 or sp recent stays in Leeds.

No access details were sent in advance so waited in the rain whilst that was resolved. Flat is fine and does what it should although needs some TLC with marks on walls, plugs loose.

A very well-appointed property in the heart of Leeds. Everything is within walking distance.

Clean and tidy but run down - broken toilet seat, plug in the bath doesn't work so couldn't have a bath, microwave didn't seem to work. TV is well set up but crucially there didn't seem to be any wi-fi and so I couldn't do any work there. I tried contacting the property agents and nobody replied and there were no instructions in the flat anywhere about it. Bed was very basic with a lumpy duvet and tired bed linen. The entire property also stank of stale cigarettes. Location was great and the heating was on for which I was grateful.

Excellent location and modern, well equipped accommodation. A little snug for 3 people maybe but that didn’t spoil our stay. Would definitely book again

Rooms do not look like the photos. Run down and tired. Bedding all lumpy and not ironed. Fridge smells. Needs a total refresh to bring it up to the cost charged!

Leeds city centre on your door step really nice accommodation to stay in with all the amenities that you need, would definitely recommend this place.

Arrived, apartment looked very nice, problems, bed in one of the bedroom broken, no hot water from one of the showers, only 3 towels but 5 guests, 1 dinner plate 5 guests, mold around bath Contacted management and the next day they fixed the shower, took photos of broken bed and mold in bathroom, brought a whole new bale of towels and a complete new dinner set. Said could fix mold but would take one and a half days, so we agreed for them to do it after our stay. Great location but all the points above would stop us staying again even though a lot were resolved the following day, a property should not be rented out in this condition. I can only assume no one checks the property before the next persons stay

Good location, central to office I was visiting would look to book again

We were in apartment 1. 3 adults. Only enough towels for 2 people. Only 1 big dinner plate and 2 small plates available for dining. It wasn’t spotless. I found dried up contact lenses on the carpet beside the bed. The towels didn’t smell extremely fresh and it just felt a bit basic. There was a big crack in the bathroom floor tile under the rug. Lots of general wear and tear. Tv wasn’t on a stand, just leaning up against the wall. No hairdryer. Apart from in bathroom, only 1 mirror which was nowhere near a plug. Dust on all the wooden blinds and some of the blinds are really hard to access for opening/closing. This certainly could not be described as luxury accommodation. Plus points are location and a little bit of extra room to move around.

Apartment 2, surprised that the bathroom and bedroom were in the basement, with a small window like a budget hotel. Even though there were no wifi instructions (no signal in the basement anyway), the worst part was being woke up several times in the middle of the night and early morning by drunks coming back from a night-out and banging as though they needed to be heard! The final nail in the coffin was being woken up by someone ringing the door bell several times at 5 AM, so only managed 2 hours of sleep overall. I was willing to let all this rest and not bother writing this review, however the management failed to adequately resolve and I will never stay in this property again (had a better sleep in a hostel when I was younger, honestly). Overall, never again!

Very good location

Good city centre location just few minutes walk from train station and lots of bars and restaurants. Well used space, comfy beds, full kitchen. Well priced. Had issue with both showers stuck on very hot but assume that will be fixed.

Spacious apartment However, check in details not sent. And when we did have details sent it was still quite tricky with the locks. TV did not work on normal TV. Dishes left in the dishwasher

Good value for money, clean & in good condition.
