Excellent service, clean and very good location. Everything is walking distance.

Lovely hotel , very modern and clean. We found the bed a little hard for us and also no wardrobe space. Great for 1 or 2 nights

Great stay! The staff working there were kind and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and accommodating and the location was perfect for visiting the city center! Parking was also easily accessible (on premises). I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is situated in the most beautiful area of Lithuania, it has the most beautiful walk towards shops,cafes, chapel and is lit up every night making it a pleasure. The hotel is so quirky, every table is full of games to play, the staff are amazing and their english is very good making it easy to ask for anything. The rooms are beautiful very modern, there is no wardrobes to store your stores nor no tea/coffee facilities this is my only disappointment of the hotel. The hotel is spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Excellent hotel, really friendly staff and very hospitable. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Stayed for 3 nights and could easily have done more.

This is a party hotel with lively bar that never seems to stop. Loud music throughout the night and in the lifts . We were kept awake until 4am and 8am all night. Inexperienced staff in training often working with little supervision. If you don’t need or want to sleep this is the place for you. We cancelled a future Moxy booking after this experience. Sadly aside from that the hotel location and vibe were excellent.

Nice place but the concept of the lack of the mini fridge in the room is not understandable. Unless it's a pressure to buy drinks even a cold water in the bar. If I should choose, probably, a mini fridge would be preferred instead of a big television in the room.

Hotel is in a good location for Liberty Avenue. Nice bar area with games etc. Room was clean and comfortable for 1 night however I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities.

Arrived on Thursday after a long day of travelling to a massive party in the lobby/reception area. Was not even possible to communication with the staff re obtaining a further duvet as they were too busy serving people drinks. The music continued till about 2am making it impossible to sleep. I do not understand why people are not being made aware before booking. Would not recommend and would definitely not stay again.

Simple and basic, yet well thought through room design with quirky details. I was really happy with comfy and firm bed mattress 😊 Lovely staff were really helpful and even offered a welcome drink.

This hotel was not for us, very young crowd which is not a problem, room very dark and cold, did mention this at reception but grumpy girl couldnt of cared less, bit disrespectful, we are in our 60's, bed was very hard and pillows were useless, on a good note, breakfast was better than expected, worse hotel we stayed in while in Lithuania

Stayed here for 12 nights as a solo visitor to Kaunas, room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is great for with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

Pros-hotel was in an excellent position within the city centre. Breakfast was great, a good choice on offer and quality was good. Cons-staff customer service was virtually non existent ( even allowing for language barrier), not friendly or helpful. No wardrobe or drawers in bedroom. Toilet did not flush well.

Perfect location in city center with great staff and clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast was great and would definitely stay here next time I visit.

Relaxing ,comfortable

Great location, so as nice breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. However, staff NEVER smiles- no sense of enthusiasm or ‘happy to help’ attitude. As hospitality professional, I would recommend management to have training with FOH team…
