The bamboo houses are really beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Facilities are even better than some of the villas in Bali, clean water with good pressure in natural environment, though no hot water. Room is small but very unique and complete setting. Memory for the nature beauty is for sure. The only problem is the noise surrounding. There is a traditional temple nearby, and on the day we lived here, gamelan music was played all day long. Even at night. Our neighbour couldn't stand it and moved out around 9.00pm, and the music stopped at 9.30pm. Besides that, a crowd of chicken are raised in the villa. In the day time, it is lovely scene that a hen leading a group of chicks running here and there. But when you are waken up at 3.30am by the cock 's crow, the only thought in your mind will be I shall have them for dinner. Overall, a tranquil beautiful place with many unexpected noisy sounds.
