Had a great time. They had great activities throughout the two days. Food was great. Bartenders and staff were awesome. Especially Marcony, the bartender made us feel like family. Thank you Oceana

DO NOT BOOK HERE. So we have a family trip planned for here in two weeks. Total spend about 1500 a room and about 8 rooms. So we are spending 10,000 usd. 1) They do not allow any cancellations or refunds. 2) Their communication sucks. I emailed them on March 3rd. No response. Follow up on March 8th and they finally respond on March 10th. Send another email on March 11th and get a response on March 17th telling me to reschedule out to someone on WhatsApp. I message them and I get no response on WhatsApp from their concierge. I have to send a follow up email and then the concierge responds with very little detail. Also their WhatsApp automated system is terrible. 3) Finally they do not coordinate pick up or drop off from the airport. After spending 10,000 usd expect a lot of frustration. Wish I had never booked here. After being there I was disappointed with the quality of food. There was also limited activities to do on the resort.

No electrical outlets in the Bathroom? ;-(

Oceana Resort is beautiful place, the wait staff is very friendly, accommodating, eager to satisfy your needs. However, I do have one observation (which I share wi management) the fact that there is no servers at the pools is very inconvenient, not everyone is willing to seat at the bar for hours, but instead choose to have drinks throughout the day. It gave me impression that this model was to discourage or minimize consumption of food and drink. For an all inclusive, some people do not get what they paid for. The above statement is intended as a constructive criticism and does not reflect on your employees

Loved it with the exception of checking/out. Checking in was a super slow process. This needs to be improved asap. Bigger signs indicating where one can check in or pick up keys need to be made bigger for public to see. Overall stay was excellent with the check in exception,

Instalaciones muy bonitas y modernas buena ubicación. Deben resolver problema de moscas en los restaurantes. Buscar un mecanismo para resolverlo en virtud que es desagradable ver moscas en la comida del buffet

Food not very good. Needs upgrade and more selection

I and my wife terribly suffered from flea(=pulga in spanish) during my stay.I took a picture to submit whenever the property wants to see . To improve the worst case for my future stay, I advised top manager at front desk and manager at room cleaning . But,to avoid the issue , they told me that it is from mosquito . To make worse, they did not allow me to record their names. Obviously , I know the difference between bite of flea and one of mosquito. The itching was definately from bed at night ,not from outside facilities.

This place has change for better still needs to work a little bit on the animation on the shows. Definitely better than the last time we where there.

So... Oceana Resort as far as the construction and buildings ..green areas etc are great!! But oh my oh my the service when you check in IS HORRIBLE!! First they do not let you in the property at all until 3:00 which is check in time. That's all fine but so once you check in at the reception you then have to stand in line for 30 minutes or so to get bracelets and keys and room numbers. NO ONE TOLD US we could have been at the desk to receive those before 3:00 .. So it was a mess when we got in there not only there was a line but they only had one person giving bracelets and keys .. The place was absolutely crowded ..loud music .. if you like that type of environment you will have a blast. The pictures I saw online looked so peaceful but oh my it is the opposite. I like quiet places so I will not come back here. For what they charge even though it's all inclusive it is not worth it if you want tranquility.

Amazing place, amazing food, amenities and their staff is so nice. We absolutely loved it!

Building rooms in poor condition, staff has an attitude looks like they do not wanna be there.

La comida deja mucho que desear, no hay variedad, las bebidas no tienen orden, el lugar está muy bonito, todo limpio e impecable, pero la comida no vale la pena, es una pena, disfrute el lugar, excelente vista, muy limpio, pero la comida es un desastre, pocas opciones, el sabor mediocre tienen mucho que mejorar en este aspecto

The good was increíble

All inclusive with plenty of spaces. For english speaking tourists...beware. very very limited english speaking staff. No directions given upon arrival. You are on your own. Luggage carts need to be asked for. No help from parking lot. For a high end hotel i found the concierge desk to be sub par. Very noisy at night but if you have kids or want to party there is plenty to do. Overall was fun. Beautiful setting. Ocean too dangerous to swim in.
