Great location

I would think if they have the personal in-room safe that’ll add so much value. When you are traveling with items of value or important documents which you don’t want to just leave in the room. The reception staff offered to hold but without guarantee the items would be safe.

Good location, comfortable room, view of Mt. Fuji (to the side), and nice buffet breakfast. Even the room key card had a bright smiley face. =) We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Budget Japanese hotel in Fujisawa, good value and near the train station. Good if you are visiting Kamakura and Endoshima. Front desk speaks Japanese and English. Good access to Tokyo but ride takes about an hour and is crowded during rush hour.

The room is very large for this pricepoint and close to fujisawa station. Connected to convenience store and near mega discount store. But elevator is slow and rooms floor carpets are quite old.

Excellent value! There is a 7-eleven downstairs and the staff was very friendly during check-in. Block away from Don Quijote and there's an all-you-can eat shabu downstairs too. Unfortunately, there was a loud group of students staying at this hotel during my stay that ruined my experience. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!

This hotel was amazing! I’ve been to another smile hotel in Asakusa but this one doesn’t compare! Would definitely book again!

Carpet was a little dirty but other than that great

Just 2 minutes walk from Fujisawa station. Dining, shopping all around (Donkki just a minute walk) perfect place to stay for site seeing to Kamakura Temples and Enoshima.

The staff and the location is excellent but the carpet is not so clean!

It was a last-min decision to stopover at Kamakura just for a night… but no regret! The hotel is approximately 5-8 minutes walk from the train station. I had Shabu Shabu dinner at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and it was great. There is also a mini mart located on the ground floor. The bedroom was bright and clean… only if the pillows were a bit softer. Other than that, I would say it was a pleasant stay. If u intend to stay over at Kamakura, I strongly suggest you might wanna consider stopping at Fujisawa and check out this hotel.

As a solo traveler on this trip, my requirements for a room were simple. I wanted a nice safe and clean room that was close to a train station so that I could jump to any point around Tokyo and always come back to a nice room. The staff there were amazing and the soap and shampoo products that they had in the bathroom were amazing. The AC was cold and the pillows were comfortable. It was an easy walk from the train station and I think the best part was having a 7/11 on the first floor. I also took advantage of the laundry facilities, and my clothes came out clean and dry on the first try.!! if I wasn’t making a trip to Osaka for the day, I probably would have stayed in this hotel for my entire seven day trip!! if you’re looking for something simple to just use as a bedroom location for your travels to Japan that I highly highly highly recommend the Smile hotel in Fujisawa!!

This year my 2nd stay and this round also I’m staying for 2 weeks. Very convenient for transport and shopping as 2 minutes from Fujisawa station. Room cleaning is 3 days alternative is fine and everyday just put the towels that you used and rubbish at the corridor that the room service will give you extra towels and tea powder at you door knob. Compare with hotel like ABA hotel the room is double the size that opening you suite case and keeping your shopping items are very comfortable.
