I did have an uber eats knock on my door at 3am Wednesday night and I hadn’t called them

Staff was efficient, courteous, and professional. i would stay there again and I recommend this location.

Our stay was great! Everything was so clean and everyone had great attitudes and always was of help, if needed.

We booked a studio king suite and were given a basic 2 queen room claiming there was nothing left. Friends of ours showed up after we did and they were given a king. They also did not want to honor or 4 night booking thru Expedia for $669 They tried to charge us $919 claiming fees and taxes. After showing them my receipt on Expedia they said that was not true because it was not honored because it was not prepaid. They eventually did go with our Expedia booking, charging us $150 for incidentals.

Was there for only one night. But it was very convenient to get downtown with Lyft.. $15 is all it was. The place was clean and quiet. Perfect

Everything you could need for a long stay - a kitchenette in suite, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar - plus conveniently located to all Cleveland attractions.

The room was nice. The only issue I had was my toilet didn’t flush, and there was still like hair on the shower walls.

The 1-bedroom suites are the size of a condo. It was quiet, had free washer and dryer available, a stove top. The area has many good restaurants. Attached to the Holiday Inn. So, you get use of their nice workout room and pool. This is excellent for long stays.

Upon check-in, was given a room that was already open. The door would not shut. I explained this to the front desk, he told me initially it was fine and he would show me how to lock it. After several attempts, he was able to slam it locked. Could not be repeated and said maintenance guy at fault. We were then given a new room. Wall also vibarated for some reason.

Very clean well ran by ANTHONY STONE I travel 320 days year This is by far one of the the best hotels i have stayed in Felt at HOME ROOMS WELL DESIGNED/,FREE LAUNDRY EVERY FLOOR

Excellent stay. We had a very enjoyable time and only spent 10 hours at the place, but somehow the security deposit was never credited to my credit card, doubling the cost of my stay. I don’t understand how I was billed for this.

There was not one bath towel in our bathroom. Other than that, it was very nice and comfortable.

Good short stay

I didn’t like that the room was not clean…When I got back home my back was broken out from bedbugs

Place was clean and nice . The only downside was the staff ! Lack of training and knowledge of the system! Prepaid by Hotels. Com and had to wait over 30 minutes at the desk even though they had a confirmation number. Also could not get my hotel points. Disappointed said couldn’t look up my account. Told me to call the company. Training needed.

We booked our stay for 4 days. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days! No communication was given by the staff in regards to this matter.

It was some few minor things that we originally had a problem with but the staff made sure everything was corrected. Staff was really nice and friendly

Perfect location near the highway. 10 minutes to the local hospitals. Very comfortable bed.
