El staff del hotel fue un tanto hostil, los cocteles no fueron servidos como tal más bien como una bebida corriente un martini sin aceituna y con una cuchara

Good service…but staff were distracted…made silly mistakes for lack of ownership.

The staff was excellent. The front desk and ana Maria went overboard helping us every day. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The hotel provides very fresh fruits, breads, etc.

This is the perfect hotel to stay, if you are looking for a great place to sleep and have a good breakfast and then hit the road to the shoping centers or any of the beautiful areas. It is worth every usd paid.

Habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero muy bien distribuidas y cómodas. En general excelente servicio y muy buena ubicación.

El staff muy amable, nos ayudaron a solucionar un par de problemas de manera muy efectiva! El desayuno fue muy bueno y en general todo estuvo súper, muy agradecido.
