Breakfast was insufficient, with huge tour groups in the hotel there was nothing when you came down at 8:30am. The room - standard - had an autoclosing door which was horrible to use the bathroom and you can hear your neighbour slam the bathroom door so be prepared not to sleep. I emailed the hotel directly with no response post my visit and also messaged via expedia to advise ETA and also no response. Poor service for such a big hotel chain and do not recommend staying here again.

I was given a handicapped room. I'm not wheelchair bound. It was a room for someone in a wheelchair. I'm 6'5". The room was hot. Turn on AC and it was still hot. Open outside door and it was still hot. It was not a comfortable room at all. Everything else was great though. Waitress, bartender was excellent. Nicoleta exceeded expectations.

The overall facility is fairly new and clean. Only drawback is the location is a bit far from the area where tourists want to visit and roam around.

Hotel in ottima posizione, comodo alla stazione, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. E' presente una piccola palestra con qualche macchinario. Colazione ok, buone le opzioni salate, sufficienti quelle dolci, caffè della macchinetta automatica, non da macchina del caffè . Personale disponibile.

Es un hotel correcto dentro de lo que es la cadena. Limpio, nuevo y sin ningún lujo. Digamos que correcto para lo que se paga y se espera.

My friend and I stayed here for 4/5 days… we found the images to be very misleading. There is no cocktail garden as in the pictures, but a smoking patio on a very noisy street.. with broken paving outside under repair… I have never stayed in a hotel that had such dirty carpet! Full of spills and stains.. I found it quite disgusting. Check in was smooth, my room was bigger than my friends who paid extra for a supreme room… however the rooms are not as fresh as seen in the pictures.. They didn’t have a wine opener for customer use, and I was met with disapproval for wanting to take wine glasses to my room… over all, no I could not recommend.

Stayed here for 4 nights and was very disappointed. I had booked the superior room and what I got was not even close. Two people at the front desk said I would be upgraded the day after my arrival. This did not happen. The room was incredibly small I was told I had a superior room because it was directly opposite the elevator. This was just the beginning of the ongoing lying the staff do here. My friend booked a regular room which was cheaper and much larger than mine and away from the elevator. I never received the free welcome drink only nonsuperior rooms get that. The noise was so loud due to ongoing construction directly in front of hotel. The construction is in the non-existent garden area. Hopefully my photos will show how this place was costly and offered nothing. If you are offered the superior room 515 leave, check into a new hotel. Hopefully the new hotel will have honest staff with some sort of customer service. If I good give this a -5 I would.

An excellent hotel on the outskirts of Bucharest city centre. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and clean rooms. Easily accessible from the main train station and walkable to the main attractions

Good location

Stayed for the second time at this hotel. They payed attention to my special requests for which I appreciate and give them high credit. Room and bath were spotless clean, only shortcomings were the stained fitted carpet and the clogged sink. Personally I prefer parquet/laminate/tiled floor, given the fact that a fitted carpet acts as a magnet for bacteria and odour. Cable-TV was of excellent quality on a big screen and offered a huge amount of local and international channels. It is remarkable that a lot of channels and movies are in English with Romanian subtitles. Breakfast buffet offered fresh and delicious options including various local foods. Will keep in mind the buttery juicy scrambled eggs, smoky bacon and thin sausages. Tomatoes were fresh and juicy, however tasteless as ever. The freshly brewed coffee from the self-service machines was remarkably aromatic. Plenty of vegetarian options and bread variations. Staff displayed a somewhat stern attitude, however they treated me courteously and were eager to help.

Reception staff were helpful. Check in was quick and was given a room at 2 PM even though check in began at 3 PM since one was cleaned and available. I was given another key without any problems when I left mine in the room. Quiet neighborhood with several food stores/shops very close by to get the usual toothpaste, sugar, milk, beer... etc. Capability to order bolt for transportation. Breakfast was included in the price and was sumptuous and very good with eggs (scrambled or boiled), meats, cheeses, sausage, potatoes, tea, coffee..... the works. Restaurant downstairs was pleasant to sit in and have breakfast. Room was clean, shower had hot and cold water, everything functioned as desired. The only limitation was that the subway (underground metro) was about 1 km walk (eroilor), but got to see the city that way as well. In fact, if you don't mind walking, I actually walked all the way from the cartographic museum northeast of victory subway station to the hotel. Streets were clean and very walkable. Currency exchange was nearby where I exchanged euros for Lei. I would stay there again.
