Todos da equipe são muito gentis e atenciosos. Destaque para a Debora da recepção e o pessoal do restaurante/bar. Quarto confortável e no geral limpo mas usamos copos que não foram lavados pela equipe de limpeza e elas não limpavam a varanda.. nem tiravam os copos da varanda.

GOOD - Hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating. Roberto the bartender was the best. Very friendly and made me feel right at home. Not to mention he makes the best drinks! But the mixed alcohol drinks were $20 euros each?!?! BAD - The hotel is 2-3 miles from all of the major sites. The air-conditioning was non existent, never got below 20C in our room. The buffet is limited, scrambled eggs were wet soggy, what they call bacon was raw, and the coffee was gross. Capaccino and espresso were ok. They also arranged a $25 euro car to transport us from the train to the hotel for a $50 euro fee, ridiculous, when their are cabs and ubers readily available outside the train station.

Ein super Hotel in toller Lage. Sehr moderne, saubere, design gemütliche Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Personal. Toller Lage des Hotel, weniger Geheminuten von der Spanisher Treppe entfernt. Hotel etwas gehobener Preisklasse, aber gerecht. Ein super Hotel !!!

Spectacular Hotel. Very pleasant and helpfull front desk as well as bar/restaurant/cafeteria with delicious menu. Immaculately clean besides decorations were epic. Would definitely go come back when ever I come to visit Rome.

A very nice hotel with restaurant on the main floor. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. There were very few cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Small rooms. Liked it was quiet and better part of Rome.

As tourists in Rome we found the Regency very convenient, in a nice safe walkable area. The staff were excellent friendly helpful and professional. The modern hotel and our room were incredibly clean and tidy. Our European sized room was quiet and very comfortable and well designed. The Heat / AC allowed us to set a comfortable temperature and it's really noiseless. Highly recommend.

Good Breakfast

Easy check in beautiful hotel. After a long rough day of flight delays it was great to stay here comfortably. Like an Oasis when you have been traveling all day and night. Staff very friendly.
