We had a stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Everything was great except the cleaning service. Every time we got back to our hotel room, the condition was terrible. It was uncleaned and untidied. The blanket and bed sheet were everywhere as if somebody just slept on it. No change of towels. Surface was never wiped. Very disappointed.

Great hotel, but curious as to why the only provide one wash cloth for two adults.

Good Location in Southbank, room are clean

The A/C was a tad warm and the night sleep fluctuated between too hot and cold. No criticism but when you can’t open windows, that’s how it is. Everything else excellent

Amazing location and perfect for what we needed! Will definitely stay here! Coffee assistant with the glasses was so lovely and personable :) and coffee was delish!

Location, modern, generous size pool & gym

Staff were great, room was tidy, bed was big and comfy, would stay again no problems at all.

Was a good stay bar a couple of things. Kitchen sink tap kept falling off was fixed though when I pointed it out. However asked for room service and they did not clean room as asked.

The amenities and proximity to the cbd is great. Would stay again.

Reception staff were courteous and had quick resolution of problems. Cleaning staff however only provided two towels between 3 of us on each occasion they cleared our towels, which was a little annoying.
