Concernant les chambres, le principe des salles d'eau complètement ouvertes ne me semble pas approprié pour des occupants qui ne sont pas en couple. En revanche la décoration de l'hôtel est très inédite et rend cet hôtel très agréable et sortant de l'ordinaire Personnel aimable et serviable, à l'exception du personnel du roof top dont le service manque d'efficacité, d'organisation et d'amabilité. Côté restaurant, a part les moustiques tout était parfait tant côté personnel que côté cuisine et ce dans un agréable jardin. Hôtel très bien situé géographiquement du fait de la proximité des transports et du parking, en espérant que les travaux en cours autour rendront rapidement le quartier plus engageant et attrayant.

Had a great time at hotel zoologie, perfect for couples. Big rooms and exceptional service. During the peak of the heat wave, the air conditioning was kept perfect! We were very grateful for that. The spa was lovely. Sauna steam room and jacuzzi all very clean and nice. The food at the restaurant is great. I recommend the lobster roll for lunch. One more note: my partner left all of her jewelry in the room when we checked out. She was devastated and called the hotel right away and they found the jewelry and shipped it to us in Cannes for overnight delivery. It was truly exceptional service. Thank you Hôtel zoologie

我们受到了热情接待，并被免费升级到一间非常漂亮的带阳台的房间。房间风格并非传统意义上的房间，而是非常现代，部分区域甚至保留了水泥天花板……但整体来说非常舒适。这座古老大学建筑的翻新工程确实令人叹为观止。前台工作人员非常热心，为我们详细介绍了波尔多的旅游景点。 自助早餐还不错，但我们在同等价位的酒店吃过更好的自助餐，服务也更周到。最大的缺点是酒店的位置，它位于一个不太宜人的街区。
