It is one of the worst experience of staying in a so called “luxury serviced apartments”. My family and I experienced a fire alarm escape without clear instructions and we needed to run from 23/F to the lobby via staircase in the morning of 8:30am. We also suffered with no water supply from 9-5 during our stay. Can you imagine you have to experienced these during a travel?! How hectic it was with no running water and toilet flush in a travel? We paid for a so called luxury stay but it turned out to be NOT. When you communicated to the service team, they only told you to understand without any help, support and solutions. When I requested to talk to a senior management, the staff refused and said “he would handle the same way”! What a response!!!! Don’t trust everything you read from website. My personal experience indeed is the truth. I definitely won’t recommend this accommodation to anyone, in view of its bad service as well as many many rigid rules set for the stay.
