We couldn't check in til 3:30 even thought the official check-in time was 3PM. The entire floor we were on smelled like some old Eastern European cologne. The bed was hard as a rock, I woke up with back pain in the morning. Front desk was not friendly or helpful either. We booked for two nights but left after one because we couldn't deal with it anymore.

The hotel feels like a quiet corner tucked into the middle of the city. Room was neat and warm, and I liked that the staff were present without being over the top. One afternoon I needed help navigating to a local gallery, and reception not only explained the way but also shared a shortcut. The terrace made mornings feel a little slower, in a good way—coffee, bread, and some fresh air before heading out. A very easy, comfortable stay.

The location is nice. Few problems: noise isolation was poor, we heard everything what was happened in the next room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, smell of sewage, and the ventilation in the bathroom was not working. The breakfast was very basic minus.

Blown away by the entire experience. The service was exceptional—everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was cozy, quiet, and spotless. The location couldn’t be better, close to restaurants and sights. Everything exceeded expectations. Easily a 10/10 and totally worth it!
