It's a beautiful hotel and convenient, but I couldn't have any sleep! They have a cute restaurant onsite, that said, people were parting and music going on all night, not great as the rooms aren't soundproof! Then once the party was over morning and loud walkers started to pass by, not a great experience! They should do something to make the room soundproof!

Its a nice place to be, friendly and a lot of colors. Nice vibe and nice light rooms!

Mama Shelter is conveniently located in Kirchberg, close to the tramway line. The hotel is very modern and cosy, the rooms are comfortable and generous. The restaurant and bar as well as the bakery are all good with a tasty modern and fun atmosphere. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms with our 2 daughters. Our kids just loved the fun and cool vibe of this wonderful and not too expensive hotel. We will be back for sure !

Amazing luxurious stay in this cool and quirky hotel. Very easily reachable by tram from the train station and to the city centre. Delicious bakery on site of the hotel and amazing food in the restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely comfortable bed and amenities, would definitely recommend

My family and I had a nice stay at Mama shelter. It was a quick walk and even quicker tram ride from the Pfaffenthan-kirchberg train stop. The hotel workers were friendly and held our bags until we were able to check in. They gave us ideas about things to do in the area as well as some restaurants. We ended up getting some pastries at the Mama bakery downstairs and they was fabulous! We slept well in a quiet room with two queen size beds. It was really nice to have a large room available in Europe! The room was clean and unique. We would stay again.

Went to Luxembourg to stay away from the craziness of the New Year’s Eve – hence I wanted to have a quiet moment to end the year. Guess what -- it was not sadly. There was a night club-like loud event on the roof top with loud heavy metal music until 3am because it was a New Year’s Eve. This was clearly audible from my room. The fact that it had a nice room design and comfortable bedding, it had a very poor sound proof. The reception area is very small despite the fact the hotel has huge space for a restaurant and a roof top terrace (where there was a loud event!). The reception area only had one huge table and a small table with lots of chairs. The reception area can be packed like crazy if its busy. Worst sleep and I would not come back to this place again. Not recommended for everyone. Avoid at any cost.

Liebes Team von Mama Shelter, top Location in sehr angenehmer Gegend. Superfreundliches Team an der Réception. Die Zimmer geschmackvoll, groß und stylisch. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Luxemburg kommen, ist das Mama unsere erste Wahl.

Mega tolle Hotel, volle Weiterempfehlung, super ein wir wieder mal in Luxemburg sind, würden wir sofort wieder dort übernachten

Clean, easy connection to free public transport. Disappointed roof bar not open. Nothing on hotel website when booking to say bar is seasonal. Even In pre- arrival email it gave bar opening times as if roof bar would be open during stay. No space in ground floor bar for relaxing seat with drink, only at a food table or bar stool. During stay left for neighbouring hotel for evening drinks. Mini bar snacks sign says to go to floor 1 vending machine s, they were not operating. Informed to go to neighbouring hotel. Communication on website, pre arrival emails and signage needs to improve.

Het is een mooi hotel, een beetje aparte stijl! Maar wel super netjes en goed personeel over het algemeen, het restaurant was prima niks speciaals zou er zelf niet zomaar meer terug gaan. Kamer was ruim en schoon, parkeren was een nadeel het was slecht te vinden….. hebben meer als een kwartier rondgereden om het te vinden, niet goed aangegeven en €19 voor een dag, vind dat zo iets beter inbegrepen had kunnen zitten. Over het algemeen prima, was maar voor 1 nachtje voor de honden show.
