We really enjoyed our stay. It was very much a bare bones hotel but everything you needed. Just no frills. Would have been nice if it had a hot tub and not just a small pool area. Also the breakfast was very basic and could have had more options,especially hot items, but the waffle station was a nice touch. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. The breakfast was good but the trays with hot items need to be replenish more often (omelet and potatoes).

I wish I had read other reviews of this property as there is a fundamental reoccurring management problem at this location. The staff is friendly enough. The facilities are clean and comfortable. But management has decided to continually short change the property. The first mornings breakfast bar had no juice of any kind. This continues for the full duration of my 4 night stay. The food is all but gone an hour before, there were no eggs, only a few sausage patties, and a scoop of potatoes.The oatmeal was water down in what appeared to be an attempt make it go further. Day two they had no paper plates, so we had to eat out of paper bowls. Day three still no paper plates and even though I was there when breakfast started they had no milk. At times the 24 hour coffee was empty or simply taken away. Management obviously wasn't bothered enough to go to the local store and buy simple necessities. This reflects poorly upon the Hilton brand.

In general the stay was fine for the price point with one major problem- our key cards would not unlock our door, for our entire 2 day stay. And even more concerning- employees seemed entirely uninterested in solving this problem. At our request they printed us new keycards, determined the receiver on the door was the problem and let us in. But we had to get someone to let us in each time we wanted to enter - on the 4th floor. They said they'd have housecleaning replace the battery- they didn't even try to enter or clean. Maintenance never showed. And reception never offered us another room, and never acted on our request to move rooms. Multiple employees. Is it really unreasonable to expect that we could enter and leave our room? Because they sure acted like it was.

Breakfast was okay, the pool was very clean and well kept. The gym actually had good equipment in it. And the room was very clean, we had a little problem with the hot water going cold pretty fast but that’s probably cause it was cold outside and everyone might have been taking showers

It was ok. But for the price, I expected better quality. The bed and linens/pillows are uncomfortable. The heated pool was cold and the hot breakfast was below par. They were out if all juices and only had water, and the eggs looked like they came from a box. Everything else was nice, but with what I paid, I expected better.

We liked the breakfast choices and the cleanliness. The room was nice and clean, but the shower chair hinge was broken and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The hotel was next to the road, but traffic noise was fairly low.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was a flashing light in the room, maybe an alarm of some type that kept flashing and waking us. The breakfast was lacking. The coffee was good but was completely empty when we went down for breakfast. No yogurt or breakfast meat. Trash around the building was overflowing,

Advertised a free breakfast. No milk, yogurt, juice, waffles, eggs, sausage, and no coffee. Not just one or two mornings, but every morning. No such thing as breakfast. Housekeeping staff were polite and efficient. Rooms clean and well kept, but outdoor fireplace broken.

While the property itself and our room were nice, our overall experience fell short due to a series of service-related challenges. I want to emphasize that this feedback is offered in the spirit of helping improve the guest experience, as we had higher expectations based on your reputation. When we first checked into our room, we noticed a persistent knocking sound. Initially, we thought it might be the headboard moving due to our proximity to the elevator. We reached out to the front desk and were assured maintenance would take a look while we were out for the day. Unfortunately, when we returned, the noise was still present. The next morning, we brought it up again with a different front desk clerk, who was quite curt with us. We explained that the noise was disruptive to our sleep and suggested maintenance take another look, but also noted we would be open to moving rooms if necessary. It became apparent later that the noise was likely a mechanism from the elevator hitting the wall. Despite our requests, no one came to inspect the issue. By the third day, we asked to be moved, as the noise had become untenable. However, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and a room change would not be possible until check-outs the following day. Spending another night with this issue was frustrating, particularly as it could have been resolved earlier with more attentive service.
