Clean good location

Everything are good, except Bed is not my type, it is a bit hard and tough. and bed mattress not thick enough,

Nice hotel and service. Still my first choice in Tokyo so far.

Sorry to say but nothing is good during my stay at this hotel. 1. Chaotic front desk management: believe it or not, the restaurant and the hotel share the same reception but no structured management. I came after 3pm but check-in took over 20 minutes. I was asked to get seated and the staff just threw a menu to me asking if I would like to order something to eat or drink. I needed to repeat that I was tired after travelling from northeast part and I just wanted to check in and get changed asap. But the staff were too busy with restaurant guests and just ignored me. 2. Poor cleaning work in the room: I like the bathroom from the picture when I booked the hotel room and when I opened the door, the musty smell shocked me. I wonder how the cleaning work was done in the room. 3. Unprofessional staff and the smoky open kitchen. I regretted having booked breakfast with the hotel and it again turned out to be such a disappointment. The staff asked me again if I wanted to order something else apart from the set menu I picked. 4.Ridiculous structure: The sushi restaurant is one the same floor with guest room! So I really “enjoyed” the Sushi smell before entering the room. Ironically, this hotel may be good for people who look for alcohol as they offer complimentary drinks in the mini bar, lol!

One of the best services I've ever had around in Japan. The hotel contacted me for arriving details, arranging pick up from the airport (although they didn't let me know the info of the taxi, so we were confused which taxi is coming for us). They also helped for booking restaurant and allowed us to keep luggages when we were few days away. The room is well designed with good taste and also very comfortable with big enough space. The food was also very good, we didn't expect the beef steak was so great for our breakfast. When we returned to pick up our luggages, they even helped to arrange a taxi until saw us off. Very impressive for the thoughtful service, I'd love to stay again next time visting Tokyo!

Great hotrl , modern facilities

​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are professional and courteous, yet warm and friendly, always doing their best to ensure you feel completely at home. I will definitely be staying at the Aoyama Grand again on my next trip.

Always a wonderful stay here. Unlimited mini bar in hotel room. Breakfast drinks included with stay. Dinner at Rossi is also delicious, make reservations if you can. Helpful staff and great location

Amazing hotel, its location is perfect. Numerous interesting places by walking distance and there is a subway station just 3 minutes away. The hotel restaurants are really good. The staff is just the best, incredibly helpful and always attentive to all your needs. Will definitely stay there every time I’m in Tokyo

Fui para Tokyo em 2 estalas nesta viagem , esse foi pra fechar com chave de ouro e não poderia ter escolhido melhor ! Quarto um espetáculo … enorme , super bem decorado , banheiro incrível ! Produtos de primeira ! Café da manhã com uma vista que dá pra ver o Monte Fuji e comida incrível ! Tbm fizemos questão de jantar no hotel de tão bom que eram os ambientes , comida e qualidade do atendimento ! A única coisa que poderia melhorar , mas que era ok … era a academia ! Muito pequena ! Mas ele é meio hotel Boutique … então tá ok !

10/10 Experience! We had a group of 9 people and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and spotless, plus the best shower experience I’ve had at a hotel. Also highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast they have to offer. We will definitely be back!
