Check in was fast despite the crowd, the front desk speak fluent English which makes communication easier. However, our room was not ready due to high occupancy but they managed to get the room ready by 3pm as per check in timing. The bathroom water heater was really bad. I prefer to shower with warm water and the water will suddenly get real hot and I was burnt for more than 3 times in my shower. It make my shower experience unpleasant. House keeping kept the room clean daily but they forgot to refill the shower gel and also shaver kit was missing. The tissue box was not filled up as well. The breakfast was great, good variety and taste good. The deck pool was good as well but cleanliness need some improvement. Overall our stay is good but the hotel need some improvement and to pay more attention to small detailing. The price we paid for the Ocean View Premium room is not cheap per night so we expected better

Khách sạn có vị trí tuyệt vời tại Patong, băng qua đường là bãi biển Patong tuyệt đẹp. Đi bộ khoảng 10 phút là đến chợ đêm. Phương tiện vận chuyển 100 Bath/ chuyến rất hợp lý. Phòng và trang thiết bị khách sạn đẹp, bể bơi vô cực phía trước. Sảnh lễ tân thoáng rộng. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện và giúp đỡ khách.

1.เราโทรไปเช็คเวลาเข้าพักกับทางโรงแรมว่าเวลาเข้าจริงคือ 15.00 จริงไหม แต่เราได้รับการบริการที่แย่มาก ก่อนที่จะวางสายเราได้สบทคำที่ไม่สุขภาพออกไปเนื่องจากโทรศัพท์ของเรามันกดวางไม่ได้ แต่เราก็โทรกลับไปขอโทษ พนักงานงานแล้วว่า เราพูดกับตัวเองไม่ได้ได้ต่อว่าพนักงาน แต่อีกสัก 5 นาทีพนักงานโทรกลับมาหาเราบอกเราว่า ด่าเขาทำไม คือ!!!!!!! 2. บอกเราว่าเช็คอินได้ 15.00 โอเค เรารับได้ แต่พอไปจริงเราได้ ห้อง 15.45 ห้องไม่เสร็จ เราขอขึ้นไปพักเลย เพราะเรามีลูกเล็ก เราไม่ประทับใจเราจริงๆ

Great location at Patong beach, Beautiful reception that made you feel comfortable. Clean bathroom.

Great hotel and worthwhile stay. Breakfast at this hotel is the best in Phuket. Varied and delicious. Bed and pillow are very soft and comfy. Cons are noisy and not private. The wall is very thin. You can hear everyone outside talking. And the hotel is quite crowded during check out and breakfast time. Queue for check out is very long.

Very clean and modern. well kept room. Extremely friendly staff at all levels from guards, desk staff, restaurant, and housekeeping. I highly recommend.
