Good view and nice restaurant

Lovely stay! Staff were great and food is delish. Restaurant staff were very attentive and happy to care for our needs. Room was a bit tired and could do with a revamp (It was clean despite the age). The balcony is small and entry unappealing. Could also do with some sheer curtains for privacy. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are looking for a waterfront stay on a budget.

Me and my family came here to spend a few days. We did not have a great experience overall. Parking was sparsely available. And there was no parking initially. In the room, I expected them to replenish tea bags and water on request but was told that they only replenish once per day. Anything more would be at a cost. No complimentary coffee was available in the room. Quite disappointing. Coffee, tea and water are standard in all hotels that I've been to in Goa. I was also told that there was no room service done because the door was locked and my consent was needed to enter. Every other hotel performs room service when guests vacate their room. Not sure why it was different here. At the very least, they could have given us a paper door hook that indicated room service was needed that we could hang out on the door handle. On the second day, a truck arrived to collect sewage water. Unfortunately, neither our room, nor the reception area had any insulation to the smell. We had to vacate for around 45 minutes while it cleared. The toilet flush would work only intermittently. There were also no bedside tables provided and we could hear noise from the street The Wifi was very spotty. They had multiple networks available each of which worked for 2 minutes until you had to frustratingly switch to the next. Sadly, if I were to come here again, I would not stay here. There were too many things that went wrong to justify giving them more business.

Bathrooms stink like a public toilet.

Nice hotel on the beach , good staff and music stops at 22.30 so you can get some sleep here. Nice beach , many restaurants and very quiet. Becsuse of turtle nestinc there are no beach chairs but they provide you with matrasses. Good place.

The location of the resort can't be faulted. Right on the beach, the restaurant is a great place to sit and watch the amazing sunsets, the menu is varied and very good. However, there are numerous building projects along the shoreline resulting in noise and disruption. The manager at the resort did his best to make our stay a good one, moving us to a sea-facing room when our garden room became too noisy due to construction work next door.

Excellent property with amazing view of South Agonda beach. Friendly staff and delicious food with live music on some days. Fish & chips is must try here. Beach facing rooms are awesome.

We stayed 5 nights in a small bungalow, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom with the sky as a roof. The staff is so helpful and nice, and the food was delicious. We were afraid of getting sick because of bad food, but no problem at this fantastic restaurant. The resort has a good location in the middle of the long Agonda beach. One of the best places we ever stayed at.

We booked this at a fabulous price and were so pleased to find that they share a kitchen with the last place we stayed at on Agonda Beach. The food is good, the cocktails are great, and the service is fantastic. The room was a little smaller than other places on this beach but plenty big for us. We would definitely return for a beautiful beach location. Not a luxury hotel but youll have everything you need!

Comfortable rooms in a resort right by the beach. Service was good and their beach shack has good food

The stay was comfortable, Huts are neat & Clean, The resort is on the beach. Moreover, food was very good. Overall the stay was nice and will recommend the property for stay.
