Mr. Murtaza is hospitable and nice people.

The hotel environment is very clean, and the housekeeping service is excellent.

Mutfak konusunda daha iyi olabilirler. Özellikle pizza konusunda! Bunun dışında personelin ilgi ve alakası gayet iyiydi. Odalar ise standart, kalınabilir. İş seyahati yapanlar için uygun.

Oda çok temizdi. Uyurken çarşafların mis kokusundan mest oldum😊 Odama ikram tabağı koyup üzerine ismimi yazmıştılar. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Her şey mükemmeldi kısaca

The staff are very friendly; as we stay at the hotel regularly, we’ve practically become friends. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel is very centrally located. It’s just a one-minute walk to the underground station and the shopping centre.

This hotel reminds me of a quaint boutique hotel…. What keeps me coming back is the staff as they are very warm and helpful especially Vadat he goes above and beyond his job to help this is the fourth time in Turkey and this hotel will be always my choice and it is always because of your wonderful staff and Vadat is the top of the list.

Hem uygun fiyatlı hem de son derece temiz,konforlu ve merkezi bir otel.Personeli de oldukça nazik ve güler yüzlüydü.Biz bir gece kaldık,sadece oda almıştık ama kahvaltıyı bize ikram ettiler,kahvaltısı da oldukça iyiydi.Teşekkür ederiz:)

Girişte çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu zaten çok iyi. Odamızı da çok beğendik.

Great hotel, excellent location, nice staff

I stayed in this hotel for over a week and it was perfect every day. Especially the Uzbek cleaning lady, I think her name is Muhabbat (sp?) was kind and caring and always made sure that my room was clean. I’m sending all my friends to this hotel, it was also safe as a solo female traveler. Parking is limited but everything is within walking distance, including the subway, mall, restaurants and the vibrant part of the city (hospitals too, if you’re in Istanbul for that!)

The hotel had an excellent location and was perfect for our five-day stay in Istanbul. It was also exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff member Vedat took exceptional care of us and was extremely attentive throughout our stay. We are grateful for the wonderful service and would happily stay here again.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte hier und von Anfang bis Ende rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich ordentlich gereinigt, und das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Auch das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker und bot eine tolle Auswahl. Beim nächsten Istanbul Besuch werden wir definitiv wieder hierher kommen.
