浴室的玻璃太透明，使用時不方便。浴室的洗手盤有極臭的氣味，反而座廁則沒有臭氣。

地點非常方便 空間也很簡潔 但是冬天一進門 因為沒有空調 房間比較冷 第二天出門沒有關空調 效果就比較好 空間很寬敞 早餐也還可以 有熱食 冬天很舒服

May was very pleasant and got everything ready when we checked in and informed us all the relevant information. This was the fastest check in I have ever experienced. The breakfast tickets were arranged in a special back to back way and it was very easy to pick them out for daily use, and by the time we got in the room the fruits were delivered right after. All in all it indicated the staff paid attention to all the details and made an efforts for a pleasant stay. The free laundry was a plus and easy to use. The location of the hotel is great, close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou park, the bus terminal and a number of restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is less 10 minutes walk to the entrance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. But property is little dated.

Did not managed to go as the flight was cancelled by the airline and both Expedia and myself had called the hotel multiple times and despite the hotel staff telling me they will look into refunding, it never happened and Expedia was never able to get a response from them either.

Travelled in Jiuzhaigou at the end of October, 2025 and picked this hotel for accommodation. The location of the hotel is great as it is nearby the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou park. It is convenient as McDonlad's is on the ground floor of the hotel and it is also close to a number of restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. Staff service is great. Breakfast is delicious but the size of the restaurant is small. The room is comfortable and clean. Our room faces the street so it is getting noisy starting early in the morning. The safe didn't work when we moved in. Technician came to fix it once the problem was reported. Based on the day we booked the hotel room, it is of good value.

The hotel is close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou National Park. About 15 minutes walk.

Close to park but limited transportation

Breakfast was ok, not much seating room. The room was facing the main street so we had a fair amount of noise. We noticed the shower had what appeared to be black mold in some areas. The staff was friendly. Not sure how this compares to other hotels in tbe area. It was nice to be so close to the park entrance.

Our stay wasn't good, we paid 5star hotel rate in that town, but facilities provided were at motel level, bath towels were a little bit dirty, our legs were bitten by bugs and left with inches and pain

The property is clean and conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the entrance to the national park, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend！

My room looks very clean, but it smells like dirt restroom. The toilet is very clean. I am not sure where the small comes from. We stayed there for two nights only, and I did not mention this to the front desk. The breakfast is great in this hotel.

The location was perfect for visiting Jiuzhaigou. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was the best I've had at many places and the prices are very affordable.

Very centralised location. Rooms are big and clean, breakfast is ok. Close to many restaurants and amenities. Highly recommended for convenient to get from place to place.

It was very nice staying at the holiday inn express at Jiuzhaigou given the usd price. Very ample amount of breakfast options. Less than 10 min walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance. Clean room and view of the mountain is great. Only the entrance of the hotel had a minor smell but everywhere else is fine.
